Documents uploaded to the client portal are stored in a private, access-controlled storage system. Access is limited to Baruk Capital team members and the specific individuals linked to that transaction. We use industry-standard hosting and security infrastructure (Supabase) to store this data, and email notifications related to portal activity are sent through Resend.

We use third-party service providers to operate this website and portal, including hosting, database, storage, and email delivery providers. These providers process information solely to provide services to us and are not authorized to use your information for their own purposes.

We retain transaction-related information and documents for as long as reasonably necessary to service the relevant transaction and to comply with our legal and recordkeeping obligations.
